Great to be able to pass Fire Aware member Considered Solutions as charter compliant for the remainder of this years Fire Aware membership! Jim Hansford MIFSM aFA took time to answer the conditions of the Specialist Contractor’s Charter and provide us with a set of evidenced responses showing a thorough understanding of how the company needs to go over and above in communicating detailed information to their clients, in a way that was both understandable and accurate. We saw in the company paperwork uploaded as part of the process, a thorough approach to passing on customer information backed up with customer support following the service provision.
