Fire Aware have released a serious of mini films that can be used by members who deal directly with residents of multi-occupancy buildings, to explain simply and concisely about the buildings fire strategy.

Filmed on location within a block of flats, the films explain the various aspects of the buildings fire strategy, explaining the Stay Put Policy, and the role of the Responsible Person. The film focuses on smoke detectors and flat doors, escape routes and communal areas, but are split into short films that can be watched in isolation. The aim of the film is to give peace of mind to the residents that they will in the unlikely event of a fire have a better understanding of the way the building works to protect them.
